What is the return and exchange period?

We are confident that you will love your purchased jewelry. You may, however, return or exchange your jewelry within 30 days of items receipt date.

How to start return or exchange process?

Please make sure that the item's condition and original packagings are reserved. If a jewelry or it's box will be returned with cracks, scratches or traces of use, it cannot be accepted for the exchange or return.

Will I need to pay any exchange or return fee?

In case of return:

For exchanges within the United States:

You only need to pay a shipping fee to return the jewelry you want to exchange to our warehouse. You'll also be responsible for the delivery costs of the new jewelry.

For exchanges outside the United States:

You need to pay both shipping fees: one for returning the jewelry you want to exchange to our warehouse and another for delivering the new jewelry to your location.

What if I order wrong size?

No problem! We can exchange exchange your jewelry within 30 days of items receipt date.

What if I received damaged or wrong item?

Take a photo of parcel that you have received and send it to our email hello@starrycradles.com with a detailed description of your case. If our mistake is confirmed, we will send you a new parcel without any additional fees. Additionally, we will ask you to return the first parcel. Don't worry, we will pay return shipping fees for you.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As it described above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your return and check the integrity of the jewelry, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, but usually immediately.

Unsealed certificate fee policy

In the event a ring is returned for a refund and the accompanying "Certificate of Authenticity & Craft" has been unsealed, a fee of $25 will be applied to cover the cost of certificate replacement.
